The Team

Dr. Abigail Morrah-James's work is rooted in love-led, community-centered support for youth and educators, especially in urban secondary school communities where she has spent the majority of her career. She focuses on creating holistic-centered spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

As an educational leader, Dr. Morrah-James shows up in this work as a whole person, grounded in both who she is and what she has been called to build. She is a School Counselor by trade, SEL Guru and presenter, and also a dog mom, a big sister, a friend, the favorite niece and cousin, and a daughter of the Most High. These identities keep her grounded in empathy, humor, and humility. They remind her that every youth and every adult she encounters is someone’s whole world—someone’s child, sibling, or loved one.

Because of this, Dr. Morrah-James leads with love, care, curiosity, and respect. She listens deeply, honors people’s stories, and intentionally creates spaces where others feel as seen, valued, and supported as she wants the people she loves to feel. This is how she shows up: not just as a professional, but as a whole person committed to love-led, community-centered, and holistic-focused work.
