The W’healthy M.E.S.S. Leadership Framework
The W’healthy M.E.S.S. leadership framework offers a supportive, holistic view of wellness by exploring the interconnected mental, emotional, social, and spiritual* (inner soul) dimensions of a person. It serves as a valuable tool for Social and Emotional Learning, empowering individuals to enhance their overall well-being and resilience.
Through this framework, you can observe how wellness manifests in everyday situations, helping you recognize and nurture every aspect of your life.
*In school settings, this is not religious instruction. It is deeper reflection on what guides our work, how we remain centered, and why we choose to serve young people with care.
